No. Custom designs and redesigns of existing products are free. Since all signs are made-to-order, we cannot offer full refunds once production begins, but we do accept returns or exchanges for quality issues.

We have 8 standard sizes, and you can also request any custom size. No extra design fee — price will be based on actual dimensions and materials.

Yes. We provide a free digital mock-up before you confirm your order, so you can be sure it’s exactly what you want.


If your sign is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days and we’ll remake it free of charge. We also provide a 2-year warranty for any non-human damage.

All signs can be hung or wall-mounted. Every order includes all the necessary installation accessories.

Yes — we can make waterproof outdoor signs. Just let us know when ordering. Outdoor signs are built differently for safety, include a special power supply, and should be protected from extreme weather. Dimmers are not compatible with outdoor models, and we recommend avoiding metal mounting surfaces to prevent overheating.
