Yes,if you place an order,we will send you the proof to confirm by email (support@neonchics.com). Please check your email after placing the order,we will send you proof to confirm before productions with 24h!

Neonchics can work with almost any font including cursive fonts, block fonts or double-lined fonts. On our custom neon sign maker, you can choose from a dozen various fonts Or you can email us an image with your preferred font,our designers will dsign it for you until you are satisfied with it

We often start processing your items within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you want to cancel the order, please email us, we will try to cancel the order for you, but our cancellation policy has some restrictions. If your item is in producting or has been completed , unfortunately, the order can not be canceled. If you choose to continue to cancel the order, you will need to pay 60% of the order amount for the producted item as cancellation fee. If your item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. So, before making a payment, please double check your order.

In case your product is faulty, we are happy to refund or exchange it for you; you can even opt for a full refund. All our pieces are made by hand to order. And all pieces are one-off made-to-order. All sales are final.
