Because all our products are made-to-order based on the options you select, NO cancellations, exchanges, or returns will be accepted once your order goes into production.
We ONLY accept refund and exchanges for faulty products. We will make every effort to resolve issues,resend or offer full refund.
Exchange:
If an item arrives damaged we must be notified as soon as the item arrives up to 7 days of receipt so that you can be sent a new item.

Before shipping to customers, all custom led neon signs have been completed and passed the final quality check. They are meticulously handcrafted to satisfy the unique requirements of each customer. As a result, your custom led neon signs product may not 100% match the images on the website. However, each finished handmade product is unique and is a work of art that our highly skill artists make with all their heart.
Due to lighting effects, the color of the custom led neon signs on our website may be slightly different.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@neonchics.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
